Exchanges and Replacements

At Upline Ultimate, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! but, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

The item being replaced must meet the following criteria:

• Not received by you as a gift.
• The purchased item is defective.
• Confirmed to have been lost in transit upon confirmation letter from the carrier.
• Wasn't purchased with a promotion (except for free shipping promotions).
• An replace request is made within 30 days after goods received.

To replace an item, please complete the following steps:

Send an email to returns@uplineultimate.com with the order number, order name and description of why you would like to replace the product. In a rare case of a faulty product, please attach a picture when filing for a replacement.

You will then receive further information on how to proceed with replacing your item within 48 hours.

If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed, and another item will be sent to you within a certain amount of days. (Read more about our Shipping Policy)
