If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned.
- Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made a size chart on each product page. Just click on the Size Chart link on the shoping car section to find your best fit!
- In case your order is custom printed just for you, we aren't responsible for refunds due to incorrect fit issues.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Returning the product
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
Send an email to returns@uplineultimate.com with the order number, order name and description of why you would like to return the product. Of course, we double-check our products before sending them. However, in a rare case of a faulty product, please attach a picture when filing for a refund.
You will then receive further information on how to proceed with returning your order.
Shipping
To return your product, you have to mail your product to our factory using the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)
When can customers refund?
After receiving products, please send us the order information and photos of defective products for refund support, if the product is defective or damaged.
If the shipping time exceeds 45 days from the time of purchase, and customers can request a refund.
If customers would like to return their order, we will refund after receiving that package.
How long can guests receive their money after requesting refund?
If goods is returned for us, we will refund for guest after receiving goods
In other cases, we will refund within 24-48 hours after guest request.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
