Shipping policy

Order processing time: It depends on the shiping method and company selected during the checkout process. it usually varies between 3 to 7 days.

For customized orders, the shipping time can take between 3 to 4 weeks.

Orders that have not arrived within 60 business days of order processing are eligible for refunds or free reshipment.

When will you receive tracking information on your order?

Tracking numbers will be made available within the specified time frames below and will be automatically sent to you via the email provided in your order.

  • 5-10 business days after order processing.
  • 15-25 days after order processing for customized orders.

Why isn't the tracking data showing on your tracking number?

For U.S. orders tracking numbers may take up to 7 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show. 

If it has been more than 7 days on a U.S order and your tracking data is still not showing, please get in contact at customercare@uplineultimate.com.

The package returned to sender - wrong address

Please ensure you include complete address details with your order. If delivery is to a business address, the business name and location of the recipient should be included in the address. Street number and apartment number (if applicable) are critical details, as is the correct postal code. If any of these details are missing or incorrect it is likely your order will not be delivered.

We are unable to assist in cases where an order is entered with an incorrect address however we will refund any incorrectly addressed orders that are returned to us by the carrier.
